Customer တစ်ဦးချင်းစီ၏ ဝယ်လိုအားကို သုံးသပ်ပြီး Manager ထံတင်ပြရန်။ 5. နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်၊ လစဉ် အရောင်းစာရင်းများကို သုံးသပ်၍ ချမှတ်ပေးထားသော Target နှင့် Achievement အခြေအနေကို တင်ပြပေးရန်။မှတ်တမ်းထားရှိရန်။ 6. Customer Complain နှင့် issue များကို up-to-date မှတ်တမ်း ထားရှိရန်။

This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth operational flow, reducing order backlogs, and supporting system and process improvements while aligning with business needs Job Description Operation Manage daily logistics activities including transportation, dispatch, receiving, and delivery. Monitor route planning and truck departure/arrival times to minimize delays and improve delivery efficiency. Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments to align logistics execution with operational needs. Team Supervision L ead logistics team (Assistants & Clerks) with clear direction. Manage attendance, shift planning, and handle performance and discipline issues. Provide regular feedback and build team accountability. System & Process Management Ensure proper documentation, SO records, and goods movement tracking are up to date and accurate. Implement and monitor SOPs related to delivery, dispatch, and stock returns. Support ERP/system transitions and data accuracy (e.g., MBC to O2 migration). Reporting & Coordination Report on daily dispatch, delivery status, and pending SO/DO. Highlight operational bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions with AGM. Represent the department in coordination meetings. Improvement & Planning Identify and address process gaps, delays, and miscommunication. Monitor workload and propose staffing or process changes as needed. Assist in backlog clearance and ensure flow continuity
