Identify and evaluate potential channel partners such as distributors, retailers, and dealers within the woodworking sector. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners. Provide support, training, and resources to enhance the product knowledge and sales capabilities of partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product sales. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Set and achieve sales targets for the channel, ensuring consistent revenue growth. Regularly review performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments. Develop a deep understanding of the products and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications to channel partners. Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are well-informed about new products and updates. Work closely with channel partners to address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve products and services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries, concerns, and product information. Collaborate with distributors to ensure effective product distribution and availability. Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand market reach. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our adhesive products. Train sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques.
