Objectives of this Role As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Administrative functions of the organization. This multifaceted role involves providing administrative support to the Admin departments while also assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties & Responsibilities Daily Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and other admin tasks. Data record for office management tasks, such as maintaining office, office car, electronic equipment, and other maintenance tasks. Support the Admin executive in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions. Stationery and Office items keeping, data updating and controlling Uniform stock controlling Making payment and advance process Document Management: Maintain and organize HR and administrative documents, files, and records in both physical and electronic formats. Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Assist in implementing and communicating HR and administrative policies and initiatives. Monthly Update the documentation. Update the maintenance and office maintenance records. Conduct monthly checks on trip data with the Transport Team to support the HR Executive for payroll processing, verifying accuracy and completeness to facilitate smooth payroll operations. Assist in benefits administration tasks.
