Key Responsibilities Accurately perform data entry for daily financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, payroll, invoices, and other accounting documents. Process payments for operational expenses and initiate banking transactions (both local and international). Attend to government offices and banks for relevant financial and administrative matters. Prepare the statutory tax data and documentation; Maintain a systematic and well-organized document management and filing system. Prepare and file statutory submissions with the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA). Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process. Oversee inventory management, fixed assets, and periodic stock-taking. Provide accurate and timely financial information as requested by management. Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by senior. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
