To supervise and coordinate all site activities for interior decoration projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with design specifications and client requirements. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality. Check materials, tools, and equipment used on site. Ensure all site works meet safety standards and regulations. Project Coordination Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and contractors for smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management. Resolve technical and operational issues that arise on site. Support in preparing project progress reports and updates. Quality & Compliance Ensure workmanship and finishing quality meet company and client standards. Verify measurements, BOQs, and assist with site documentation. Monitor compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies. Assist in final inspection and handover of completed works.
To manage project costs, prepare BOQs, estimates, and contracts, ensuring that interior decoration projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and profitability. Cost Estimation & Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior projects. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Provide cost planning and advice during design development. Monitor project budgets and highlight cost variances. Contracts & Procurement Prepare and review contracts, quotations, and subcontractor agreements. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for cost-effectiveness. Support procurement with accurate material quantities and cost data. Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Project Monitoring Track project expenses and prepare periodic cost reports. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and progress. Certify contractor and subcontractor payments based on work progress. Support project team in value engineering and cost-saving alternatives. Final Accounts & Compliance Prepare final accounts and project close-out reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain accurate project documentation for audit and future reference.
Human Resources Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff and labor (site workers, designers, engineers, etc.). Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database. Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records. Develop HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and IT coordination. Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and labor welfare at project sites. Support project teams with manpower coordination. Handle company correspondence, filing, and documentation. Assist management in organizing company events, training, and meetings. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
