About the Role:  DocDocDash is seeking a Patient Coordinator (Remote) to serve as the vital link between patients and our partner hospitals or clinics. You will be the first point of contact for patients—helping them understand their treatment options, coordinating with medical providers, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final booking.  A medical background is highly valued for this role, as you’ll review medical requests, clarify basic procedures, and communicate confidently with both patients and healthcare professionals.    Key Responsibilities:  Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, qualifying and managing leads efficiently.   Collaborate with management and team members to streamline the patient coordination process and continuously improve the patient experience.   Facilitate communication between patients and medical providers, ensuring all questions, emails, and calls are addressed promptly and professionally.   Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, medical tests, and results, ensuring every step of the patient journey is handled with care and accuracy.   Review patient details (e.g., symptoms, reports, X-rays) to help recommend suitable treatments or specialists.   Support patients throughout the booking process on the DocDocDash platform and follow up on pending cases.   Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality in all systems.   Prepare patient reports, treatment summaries, and communication templates as needed.   Assist in developing and refining patient management policies and workflows.   Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback for quality improvement.
