Ensure stock balance is recorded and maintained accurately. Organize and arrange warehouse items efficiently and systematically. Implement strategies to minimize waste and prevent damage of stored materials. Reconcile ground stock and inventory balances consistently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse area. Fully comply with and support the Food Safety Management System Policy (FSMS Policy) .
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems including panels, wiring, motors, sensors, PLCs(If) . Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical equipment and production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in machinery such as conveyors, mixers, packaging lines, and compressors. Assist in electrical upgrades and new equipment installation projects. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment service records. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and production line breakdowns.
Responsible for achieving sales targets and orders to ensure our customers’ need and keeping the reasonable stock and the healthy stock turnover. According the assigned area to visit our customers/distributors by route. Develop new customers/distributors and search for new opportunities. Improve the distribution of brands & packages to highlight the key SKUs. Negotiate with outlets’ owners/distributors for market promotions/activities and implement it accordingly. Place the right size cooler into the best place of the best outlet according to the annual plan. Maintain the good condition of coolers accordingly. Implement the in-outlet merchandising strictly according to the Picture of Success. Help customers settle issue and maintain the good customers relationship.

Assist in conducting basic legal research and preparing summaries on regulatory and compliance matters. Draft standard legal documents such as letters, simple agreements, and internal memos under the guidance of the Legal Supervisor. Help review contracts and agreements for completeness and consistency with internal policies. Organize and maintain legal files, confidential records, and contracts in an orderly and secure manner. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and report updates to the Legal Supervisor. Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for legal documentation. Support compliance checks related to company policies, internal governance, and operational procedures. Schedule and coordinate meetings with legal stakeholders and assist in preparation of legal documentation and presentations.
Manage the HR operations in accordance with the Company’s human resources policies. The scope involves mainly recruitment & onboarding, salary administration, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, training & development, industrial & employee's relations, HRIS data maintenance, time & attendance, succession planning, performance management, discipline management and leave administration Manage the Graduate Development and Internship Program. Provide advice to Group HR on HR policies and procedures to reflect the changing people’s need of the business. Seek support and advice from Group HR and the peer HR Team as required to ensure optimum service to the Business is provided. Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, practices and relevant employment law to the Business ManCom and line managers/supervisors/employees as required. Monitor dept expenses, check for variances periodically and advise the Group HR Director. Ensure compliance to Government & labour laws and HR policies & procedures. Advise HR Director of any potential people issues that will affect the safety and welfare of staff and/or disrupt business operations. Make accruals with Finance for areas not being paid yet. Participate in projects as assigned. Coach and develop team members. Provide close engagement with staff. Involve in staff welfare activities, including the Social Club.
