Establish & ensure maintenance (water treatment, ELV, Electrical , Plumbing , Fire Fighting, lift & Generator ) procedure is executed properly Ensure tenant complain is solved within 3 days Assist in purchasing for other business units Ensure generator maintenance is done in proper Ensure ELV is checked monthly ELV system-Check 4 CO phone lines from key phone, camera condition & play back of CCTV system & Fire alarm panel. Ensure Electrical line is checked monthly Daily Generator / Transformer checking and operation
Hlegu Setup & manage full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role ( example AR, AP, GL, Budgeting etc.) Set up internal control related with documents such as journal, authorization, supervision. Assist to set up warehouse format relating with stock in and stock out by using excel. Monthly checking cash book with supporting documents that are debit vouchers, credit vouchers and journal vouchers. Perform cash flow forecasting (weekly, monthly) Weekly reconciliation statement for all cash Setup system to check ground Inventories on a regular basis. Calculate production cost / Egg Train junior to ensure work is complete on time Thingangyun Establish budget & fixed asset value Prepare documents such as petty cash ,payment voucher ,advance liquidation. Prepare Rental invoices Monthly. Check commercial tax monthly and Personal Income Tax quarterly for EBC. Perform bank reconciliation & cash to ensure accuracy on month end closing balance. Prepare financial Statement for EBC Perform Ground Stock Taking (Stationary Store, Engineer Store,Diseal,Engine Oil, Cleaning Meterial) Record and check EPC & Generator Meter unit. Ensure suppliers are informed after payment are done. Set up fixed assets and do labelling for EBC.
