Excellent Fortune Development Group Co., Ltd. (EFD Group) is a Myanmar conglomerate with a diversified portfolio of businesses in the fields of Financial, Real Estate, Mining, Agriculture and Industrial. EFD Group is one of six conglomerates in Myanmar that holds multiple financial licenses issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar, including banking, insurance, finance and microfinance licenses.

Review and take approval for the HR-related matters such as budget, planning, analysis, training plans, etc. to Management. Contribute, support, and guide the delivery of business objectives, act as a business consultant & change agent one point of contact for the employees and Line Functions in the business units. Conduct other ad-hoc assigned by operation and team requirements. Accountability for budget, policy recommendation and implementation Develops and implements strategies and long-term plans that will impact the overall performance and competitions of the organization.
• Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization. • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as vehicle management, canteen management, maintaining information files and processing paperwork. • Manage the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. • Implementation of canteen facility day-to-day operation. • Control of all office facilities, vehicles, store, security, canteen, and cleaning effective duty plan. • Monitor vehicle route way, vehicle maintains plan and vehicle license process. • Implementation with ISO standard for admin procedure and KPI. • Monthly analysis of admin budget and expenditure. • General support for other requirements of all business units.
