Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review general ledger accounts and ensure all entries are complete and accurate. Oversee the reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger. Review and check all payments to accurately and monitor accounts receivable and payable. Review claims transactions to ensure classification in the accounting system. Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate accounting records and manage day-to-day transactions. Prepare annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Prepare accurate and timely internal financial reports for management review. Checking the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting in line with regulatory guidelines and ensure to submit the required reports within a deadline. Review tax computations and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax and Commercial Tax. Manage to support required reports , and documents for internal and external audit processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory offices. Guide direct reports to best practices of all tasks and assist in the ongoing improvement of the department. Ad hoc assigned by Management.
Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, offline and digital advertising promotional activities and events across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Preparing press releases and publicity materials and attending press events. Conceptualize, develop & implement marketing strategies to bring in new customers ,and to retain existing customers. Event planning, organisation and execution for all events and roadshows. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
