Manage statements of financial position and Profit or Loss. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting. Recording, maintaining on time reporting and managing day to day transactions. Planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting internal and external. Liaising with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of financial statements. Maintain relationships with financial institution, specifically banks. Guide to direct reports to best practice of all tasks and assist in the on going improvement of the department.
