Manage End to End recruitment process inclusive of onboarding to off boarding. Assist in registration all of regulatory required training and examinations and licensing applications. Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for agents. Managing all promotion, compensation and remuneration packages for agency channel. Assists in documentation process and agents event.
Publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage statements of financial position and Profit or Loss. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting. Recording, maintaining on time reporting and managing day to day transactions. Planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting internal and external. Liaising with external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of financial statements. Maintain relationships with financial institution, specifically banks. Guide to direct reports to best practice of all tasks and assist in the on going improvement of the department. Ensure day to day operations relating to banking activities and facilitates transfers. Prepare Budget forecasts. Contact with Government Tax Office, Government Regulatory offices. Prepare and review monthly FRD premium and claim reports, Financial Reports of Naypyitaw and Yangon Office. Review and check all of payments to accurate and giving approval for payments processes.
