Business Development & Sales Leadership Lead, manage, and mentor the direct sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and pipelines for individual and corporate insurance products. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Monitor sales performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, coaching, and motivation. Marketing & Digital Marketing Oversight Oversee the marketing department’s activities, including brand management, advertising, promotions, and events. Direct and monitor digital marketing strategies ,including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns with sales goals. Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing plans accordingly. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth targets and market positioning. Ensure sales and marketing budgets are effectively managed and optimized for ROI. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Handles reinsurance processes. Coordinates quotations with agents/sales for Marine business products. Enters data into the system for marine products and prepares endorsements. Supervises underwriting surveys and survey reports. Prepares PowerPoint presentations for management (Policy/Income/Claim Ratio/ Reinsurance monthly). Prepares MOUs and manages agent commission evaluations. Shares product knowledge with Junior staff. Supports HOD with departmental instructions. Participates as a member in internal audit (ISO) teams.
