Reporting to : MD and Senior Marketing Executive Responsibility: • Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails and social media • Conducting market research on rival products • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies • To build public (student) awareness and to provide promotional activities such as coupons, premium packaging, contest, bundle pricing, indoor/ outdoor events and gift items. • Monitoring performance • Meet monthly and yearly sales targets and objectives set by the Management • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability • Prepare weekly and monthly progress report • Organize and participate in events and activities • Manage individual diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time • Provide reports relating to activities and sales progress to Leader • Attend meetings with Marketing and Service team • Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student satisfaction
