Job Overview The main responsibility of an Analyst is to monitor security information and report incidents in a timely and comprehensive manner. Job Overview Regional Security Manager is responsible for delivering the services as per SOP for the assigned sites. Responsibilities and Authorities Mobilization Suggest good internal candidates for new projects Request and make sure equipment is delivered on time and as per mobilization plan Review Site-Specific security SOPs and train the team prior to mobilization Introduce the team to Client Points of Contact (POC) Service Execution Perform regular inspections as indicated in the RSM KPIs and take corrective actions as needed Conduct activities at site including refresher training, drills and toolbox-talks in line with the RSM KPIs Investigate incidents and complaints, take corrective actions as needed Implement strong disciplinary measures at site following the Discipline Policy Prepare schedules and replacements according to the needs of the site Prepare and update attendance sheets Implement quality management and adherence to SOPs Ensure equipment is in good condition and replace when necessary attend meetings with clients regularly in coordination with Account Management to review performance and make suggestions to clients regarding site security improvements. Act as a subject matter expert to propose optimization, improvements, economies of scales to clients regarding overall security beyond manned guarding, encompassing perimeter protection, remote monitoring, security optimization processes, cash handling and people safety Overall leadership of the guards to provide guidance, recommendations and ensure proper understanding and implementation of SOPs Attend weekly meetings with the respective site Account Managers to ensure collaboration between AM and Ops.
