Communication with the shipper and overseas partner. Check the shipping lines' schedule, and upon receiving approval, please book and release the booking to the shipper. Lead the customer service department. Follows mandated company rules and regulations and deals with the customer accordingly. Prepare BL/submitting VGM within the time frame.
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales targets. Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls. Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing progress against targets. Strong ability to withstand stress and continue working. Perform cold calling and work to build a book of business.
