Configure and maintain the routers, NAS server, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protection PABX, CCTV & ELV devices. Maintain the Dell Server and ensure compliance with IT security polices and escalate security concerns. Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook Configuration, & G-Suite administration and important data backups. Support employees with user account setup, password resets, and access control requests. Support and maintain the errors for the Cargoaim System, Ariba SAP System, Cargo Tracking System & WMS System. Comprehensive technical support, system maintenance, network management and cybersecurity for three branches of FGL (Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia). Oversee IT procurement and approvals, IT inventory maintenance, ensuring cost-effective software & network-related issues.
