Develop processes for quality inspection during production. Maintain documentation accurately from raw material mixing to finished goods, and prepare necessary formats when required. Provide on-the-job training for new staff and lead the QA/QC team effectively. Proficiently operate and maintain quality inspection equipment and machinery. Implement and draft quality control procedures, guidelines, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Prepare and present daily and monthly quality reports for discussion.
Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery schedules. Monitor and follow up on customer orders and delivery status. Maintain and update customer database and sales records systematically. Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery, and basic product information professionally. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation as required. Assist in basic inventory control related to sales and coordinate with the warehouse team. Ensure filing and documentation are properly organized for audit and record purposes. Perform other duties assigned by management related to sales administration.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition. Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to minimize downtime. Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring issues, and implement improvement plans to enhance reliability and efficiency. Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support smooth factory operations. Manage maintenance records, maintenance KPIs, and spare parts inventory systematically. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team as needed. Participate in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in the factory.
