Proven experience in administrative roles Advise management team on organizational development and planning by providing information on strengths and improvement Preparing and coordinate administrative SOP, FPD, Procedure and System Managing and preparing administrative affair, DICA, License and YCDC process Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
