Arrange the way schdule for the Managing Director and do the driving if necessary. Oversee general office operation . To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed. To support and establish the whole HR team to standardize processes . To support in implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees. Undertake meetings with Department Heads, managers, Block supervisors and arrange for developmental interventions to help build capabilities. To support and advise the supervisors and assistant on dealing with all Employee Relations matters. Ensure that all positions within the Region have a well-defined Job Descriptions and is relevant.

Manage and control the day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, expenses, debt collection, purchase control and payment, and other transactions . Manage the Annual Tax clearance . Prepare financial reports on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Prepare the monthly, quarterly financial statement and costing functions such as budget planning and identity cost-reductions on time and report to Department Head. Financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports . Liaise with auditors (Internal/ External) to ensure appropriate monitoring of processes and company finances is maintained and in case coordinate with other departments to operate finance functions , Support Management team relating to corporate finance, investment analysis and strategy. Any other tasks assigned by Department Head. Collaborate to develop a strong local finance team and ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives and are able to deliver according to performance expectations.
