Retail Business Development ✅Investigating and searching for overseas and local suppliers. Request information and prices related to products. ✅Conducting research & analysis comparing the price and quality of the product with the same type of products that are currently sold in the grocery stores. ✅Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer on the information obtained and findings from Research & Analysis ✅Monitoring and analyzing sales data and providing support to the Sales Process ✅Carrying out other assignments related to Retail Business Development. Real Estate Business Development ✅Calculate and prepare Real Estate Marketing Budget and request approval from GMP Management. ✅If approval is obtained, methods of increasing sales that are suitable for the current market conditions and times and planning Promotion Activities. ✅Growing existing accounts and building long lasting business relationship with clients/customers/supplier and regularly updating the customer/client database ✅Identifying and contacting potential clients via email, phone or in person. ✅Collecting and analyzing the information of competitors who are in the real estate business and preparing a Competitor Analysis report. ✅Supporting the business development team in creating business model, project budget and business plan
Developing creative concepts, graphics and layout for various design requirements (Brand design, website, social media, advertising campaign., etc. ). Work closely with Marketing and E-commerce team and contribution advertising & promotion ideas and design artwork to team. Skillset in digital, posters, event material, digital advertisement and social media. Responsible for the colors, fonts, images, text style, and layout and other design elements to communicate creative concepts and production design for a range of marketing needs. Creating a wide range of graphic & layout for product illustration for online product listings and style, light and photograph products to be used for online marketing and sales materials. Support the overall creative work, bringing new ideas and input to online marketing and sales.
Supporting the whole recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, reviewing CVs, shortlisting & interviewing candidates. Organizing new employee onboarding and orientation process, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources Maintaining HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records and HR software updates. Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback sessions Assessing Training needs and conducting training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation. Reviewing current HR technology to recommend more effective software and supporting in existing or new HR Software implementation & development Handling day to day operations of the HR functions and preparing & submitting monthly reports on general HR activity
Support the development & implementation of Ga Mone Pwint's ecommerce webiste & software applications Regularly audit the ongoing Website and application development to ensure that standards are met Review Web / Software requirements and prepare test scenarios & perform regular and functional testings Provide inputs on requirements, designs and potential problems for website & Software improvements Monitor competitors' website for new technology, trend and innovations Work with Graphic Designers, Web Developers and IT support team to ensure the content uploaded is accurate, up to date and visually appealing to visitiors. Provide support to Website & Apps users to ensure they are able to navigate the website & use its features
