Oversee prepress processes, ensuring all files meet technical specifications for various printing methods (flexo, digital, large format). Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, and efficiency. Color correct and proof files to meet quality standards and client expectations. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with inventory, sales, and expense reconciliation in line with FMCG operations. The Accountant is also responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and ensuring accuracy in financial data across all FMCG operations including sales, distribution, and inventory. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and cash flow. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy. Manage inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory reconciliation. Implement internal controls and improve accounting processes. Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses). Reconcile bank statements, supplier invoices, and customer payments. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. Liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement) for accurate data entry.

Coordinate with R&D and production teams for new product launches and packaging improvements. Monitor marketing budgets and ROI of campaigns. Oversee marketing team performance and provide training/support as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media, and external partners.
