Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported Prepare and submit local book and group book in compliance with accounting standards and corporate guidelines Coordinate and manage relationships with external auditors during annual audits Serve as the main point of contact for interactions with the revenue department, ensuring compliance with tax regulations Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations Mentor, train, and supervise a team of subordinate accountants Other projects and duties as assigned
