Overview We are looking for a senior web developer for a team in building a market leading web application. The position is contract based (minimum 1 year). Responsibilities: - Work together with product team members. - Develop a feature using HTML, CSS, CakePHP, Laravel, React, Javascript and JQuery. - Develop SQL queries to work on MySQL databases. - Working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Able to work with Docker. - Produce documentation on the feature implemented. - Learn new technologies on web development. - Able to use Laravel, CakePHP, MySQL, PHP and related technology development frameworks. - Contribute in all phases of the feature development. - Follow good programming best practices. - Demonstrable experience with PHP including design patterns. - Coming up with ideas on how to improve speed, scalability for our application. - Performance testing on the application.
- Ability to write maintainable application code which effectively implements business requirements. - Analyze, design and build solutions with Odoo - Test and debug programs. - Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. - Research and development of odoo related technologies. - Manage testing and bug fixes. - Consistently create quality software that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines by writing, reviewing and documenting application code - Write and support extended API and interfaces with other key business systems - Closely work with team lead and PM.
