* To manage HR & Admin functions . * Monitoring all Administrative issues such as stationery and equipment purchasing, vehicle and general maintenance process, petty cash and so on. * Manage Recruitment & Selection , company rules and regulation. , monthly payroll process. * Lead to collect and compile updated JD & JS of all departments * Must have strong knowledge labour laws , SSB . * Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances. * Using Internet & Email. * Report to Factory Manager & HR Manager.
