Carrying out recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, etc.) Maintain and update employee records. Develop and maintain tracking reporting of Vehicles and Generators fuel consumptions Liaise with Government office effectively for company affairs Arrange the schedule for outsource Pest control team to Bake House and Factory Checking fuel consumption according to GPS report
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for management Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings. Update on accounting regulations and implement necessary changes. Budgeting Control: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development. Delegate tasks and review work for accuracy and compliance. Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial insights to support business decisions. Assist in financial modeling, cost analysis, and profitability assessments. Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies and risk management.
