Job Summary: The application specialist acquires high-level technical training from suppliers, and provides application training to end-users. This position has a primary focus on training in diverse settings; promoting sales, total system solutions and assisting on-site customers in application usage. Responsibilities: Technical/ Application Training: • Obtains technical training from supplier side and conducts comprehensive user training to achieve customer competency, optimal utilization and self-sufficiency • Collaborates with Sales & Marketing team to enhance customer experience • Provides expertise in all stages of the sales cycle by assisting sales associates in sharing product features and functions • Actively engages in customer service survey activities Sales & Marketing Support: • Conducts product demonstrations while promoting product value to support the sales team at trade shows, workshops and customer sites • Supports and participates in marketing programs (seminars, conferences and symposiums)
Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy. Managing the recruitment and selection power. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devise ways to streamline processes. Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair. Checking attendance and Leaves to report Can hold in SSB and Employee contract. Coordinate fuel voucher distribution and arrange transportation for employees on a daily basic. Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment. Handle invoicing and payment processing for monthly rental fees, monthly rental overtime charges, and fuel expenses. Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs.
