Ensuring marketing strategy correlates with the business objectives. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns. Perform marketing budget, lead in digital plan and campaign plan with timelines. Budget allocation and distribution on a quarterly and annual basis to meet the marketing objectives of the company. Build strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively. Oversee and approve marketing materials like contents, website advertisements, marketing campaigns, etc. Collaborates with principals to build sales promotions and product communication. Team building and alignment of group objectives with individual objectives.
Analyze market trend to be aware of competitors. Analyze and prepare the budgets and organize the expenditures and make sure that their sales teams meet their goals. Maintain strong relationship with clients. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials. Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance. Coordinating with production staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. Arranging detailed travel plans including local and overseas trips. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and checked them after. Develop and maintain a filing system. Liaising with internal and external departments. Undertake any additional duties entrusted by the Managing Director or the Executive Committee as needed.
