Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms to promote GGI Nippon Life's products and services, with a focus on the Myanmar market. Responsibilities: • Conduct research on target audiences, insurance trends, and the Myanmar market to inform content creation. • Develop content for various digital channels, including website, social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.), email marketing campaigns, and blog posts. • Craft compelling website copy, product descriptions, landing pages, and other marketing materials. • Create informative and engaging social media content (posts, captions, stories) to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. • Develop email marketing campaigns with clear calls to action. • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content. • Work collaboratively with the marketing team (designers, social media managers) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals. • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices. • Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and make adjustments as needed.
• Cluster Manager will be mainly responsible for handling a Sales Managers (Sales Teams) and Sales representatives (Life Planning Officers). • Create new teams and new physical branches. • Recruit, and provide training to the Sales Managers, LPOs and support staffs. • Strategy planning and executing for your cluster. • Develop, Coach and Motivate the Managers to manage the team. • Achieve assigned annual target of the channel by driving your cluster members effectively. • Will be reporting to the Head.

F2F Manager will be responsible for handling a branch office and an on-roll team of 20-30 Life Planning Officers (LPOs). Recruit, and provide training to the LPOs. Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning execution of LPOs. Motivate and coach the LPOs to sell life insurance and protect customers. Achieve assigned annual target of the team by driving LPOs effectively. Will be reporting to the Head – F2F Channel. Building good relationship with Officer and Staff of Educational Institution.
