Analyze customer requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions. Lead solution design efforts in areas such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal writing. Prepare solution architecture diagrams, BoQ, SoW (Scope of Work), and technical documentation. Ensure solutions are technically feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from proposal to implementation and handover. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
Preparing and developing technical presentations & quotation to explain our company's products or services to customers. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both private and government sectors. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling. • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technology solutions with support from technical teams. • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and online platforms. • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the Pre-Sales Engineer. • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closing. • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project Delivery teams to ensure client needs are met. • Participate in project kick-off and client handover meetings to ensure smooth transition and delivery. • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client activities in the CRM system. • Provide regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. • Track and report sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop, deploy, and customize Odoo ERP systems (Cloud / On-Premise). Conduct unit testing & troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance. Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and business teams to gather and analyze requirements. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal business systems. Maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing Odoo modules with the latest features. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions.
Design, configure, and maintain Green IT’s core and client-based network infrastructure (SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches). Manage and support Windows and Linux-based server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Monitor network/system performance and availability, proactively identify issues, and implement preventive measures. Implement and maintain security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, and endpoint protection. Lead infrastructure upgrade projects, migrations, and integration efforts for internal and client-facing systems. Support cloud-based deployments (Microsoft Azure, AWS) as required. Maintain proper documentation for all network, server, and system configurations and procedures. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices. Provide advanced technical support and serve as the escalation point for junior engineers and service desk teams. Collaborate with the Technical and Support teams to ensure seamless infrastructure support for projects and operations.
