Overall Responsibility Explore the regional areas and develop the dealers’ segment by identifying the right dealers. Plan monthly regular trips to visit the potential areas for such development purpose by driving or travelling with most feasible transport. Able to find out the market preferred products, plan out the flow of dealer appointment, negotiation for appropriate terms of transaction, consistent and persistent to identify the next dealers.
Overall Responsibility Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, overtime, leave and enforcing company policies and practices. Maintain an up-to-date, accurate human resources information system. Collaborate with department heads to implement an HR strategy which is in line with the organization’s goals and objectives. Manage the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Handle discipline and take actions in accordance with company policy. Oversee and management all aspects of employee engagement activities. Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Preforms other duties as assigned by supervisor.

To review results and responses by analyzing the relevant data and information for reporting, strategy setting, and tactical changes for improvement. Understand the market size & requirements and evaluate the trend of the local market, product, trend, competitors and customer preference so as the industrial trend worldwide. To initiate, analyze and develop business plans and approaches to address internal and external conditions. To work with the relevant departments for the overall objectives and culture building of the company. Meet all sales quotas and exceed goals. Perform other related duties as required
