Manage in dealing with oversea suppliers for inquiry new items, issue orders, confirm shipment arrangement. Manage in communicate with other departments (sales, coordination, finance, marketing etc.) related to products details, publishing of price list and other procurement related matters Overview and plan in pricing and costing of the products Manage in arranging for incoming shipments by connecting with the forwarder and internal logistics team Overview in shipment receiving process, manage for Good Received Note (GRN), overview data entry at the system and inform related departments for incoming goods Well knowledge about products and market conditions Manage in importation process including import license application and dealing with concerned departments Overview and manage for sales order processing Initiate and draw a well round up procurement plan of which items to buy Maintain a replenishment plan for the in-stock items Understand the current situation on the import industry and try best to import products Lead the team and build the team to perform its best
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and guide/train/equip them with effective selling skills and excellent customer services. Manage recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor the performance of sales team members. Direct all work performance in MDY Showroom and supervise all area of operations and support services coordinate with related department head in Head Office Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports and identify potential new markets. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Ensure the product display is visually attractive, showroom condition is comfortable & clean and product info is clear. Provide solution and recommendation to the need of the customers to close sales with good persuasive skill and product knowledge. Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations. Oversee expenses of the MDY Showroom and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits. Preforms other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
