• Welcoming or Directing guests and answering tenants needs. • Complying with procedures, rules and regulations on keeping a safe and clean area. • Answering the telephone; taking and relaying messages; providing information to callers. • Carry out other administrative duties such as copying, scanning, printing and faxing. • Handle incoming, outgoing calls, fax & business correspondence. • Handle the customer inquiry and complaints • Assist the tenants with required things & keep the working area neat & tidy. • Inform the security & cleaning team to make sure the office tower safe & clean. • Record daily complaints & report to Office Property Manager/CS Leader . • Perform other duties instructed by Office Property Manager/CS as required
-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, network printers and scanners -Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults -Do the regular maintenance of printer, computer, and other IT equipment weekly -Register and manager the users of computer, network, and printer ID -Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license -Install and configure the wireless AP, wireless controller, Synology NAS accounts to users -Provide assistance and support to the meeting room setup, BMS system, Door Lock Access, CCTV Monitoring, PABX system & Carparking Software -Can manage the vendor negotiation with project team for phase 2 project -Handling the FortiGate Firewall 200E and VLAN network -Other tasks assigned by Manager as needed

Write and produce presentations, articles, press releases, company announcements and other related content. Build relations with various media channels to optimize the campaign’s reach and success. Ensure consistency in the company's messaging and voice across all platforms. Develop and execute meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Assist the Communication Manager in the research and development of brand reputation management, media management and crisis management. Support organizing events, conferences, and other organizational activities as needed. Prepare and create timely reports (PowerPoint presentations & Excel spreadsheets) for all communication campaigns.
