Handling the overall process of shipping, import and clearance Applying and preparing documents import lincense, Country of Origin, Form E, Form D,B/L, invoice, Packling list and so on. Negotiating with shippers and freight forwarders and arranging the shipments time and cost efficiently Coordination with clearance agent to process clearance and report timely Adminstration custom clearance duties as required Inspecetion of goods arrival/unloading at warehouse Post documentation, filling and reporting Maintaining food relationships with related personnel
