HiQ International Trading Co., Ltd was founded in 2014, with the objective to modernize Myanmar and bring Myanmar integrate into the global business network and community. Starting as a family-own business in the fashion and retail industry, HIQ became the representative of the “MGOU” brand and proved its rapid growth by expanding up to nearly 40 MGOU stores throughout Myanmar by 2020.
Being in the Fashion Industry, HiQ International also has a local clothing brand named “Ci Ci”, specializing in female fashion and office wears. In later years, Ci Ci launched a new business unit under “Uniform by Ci Ci”. Uniform by Ci Ci has been growing gradually ever since and now has established a significant market share by providing services to well-known brands such as City Mart, Lotteria, American VIsion and Yangon Door-2-Door.

Be the contact person for HR-related queries from HIQ’s business units. Complete filing & archiving of all HR-related documentation such as employee personal files, employment contracts, income tax declaration information, and social security contribution, etc. Ensure the relevant, Recruitment Database, Employee database, and Resign Database is up to date, accurate, and complies with local authority instruction. Collaborate with all departments to assist in the recruitment and replacement process such as sending the CV, arranging an interview, etc.… Prepare all staff’s Employment Contracts and collect a signature. Report to township labor office for Employment Contract and labor status Arrange and support operational staff requirements & social affairs when necessary To support MGOU Shops required data for SSB, Labor Office, and Local authorities. Prefer experience in garment factory Coordinating the interdepartmental work and projects and ensuring the quality of work and the completion of work on time, this includes facilitating the communications between each department Working on business development, i.e. franchising, new projects to grow the company’s revenue Cultivating a sense of responsibility among all staff and propagating the company’s culture Visit all stores and help the operations team meet store requirements Monitoring monthly and yearly sales targets, as well as each store's P&L performance, to ensure that targets are met Getting objective information on the quality and result of work done in each department, giving them both good and bad feedback and points for their performance Reviewing the reports and the performance of each respective department; providing support to managers, giving ideas, and helping them learn and perform better at work Monitoring all shops stock: guiding and assisting to Operations team to handle stock loss Perform other functions related to GM or as may be requested by the CEO or BOD
 Support the CFO in finance and administrative tasks within the finance department of HiQ Int’l – including MGOU , JHD  Preparing HiQ int’l financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.  Present and compile routine financial reports all related parties (Income statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and status reports to CFO and CEO.  Propose an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of production in the guidance of the CFO.  Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company.  Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes  Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.  Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance  Departmental administration and leadership – mentoring and leading junior staff  Interact with Senior Accountant and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year.  In-charge when the CFO is not available, so must understand and know the operations of the whole department  Check weekly payments of HiQ at payment software
Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences Own and update content as needed, including presentations, infographics, web content, etc. Maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates Able to adapt to, enforce and enhance corporate brand standards related to tone/voice Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, on deadline Using computer software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to create original artwork or modify existing ones to meet specific design requirements Reviewing design concepts with Marcom Manager to obtain feedback and refine designs as needed Work closely and support Marcom Executive in preparing digital or printed presentations that visually convey information about products or services
Plans and monitors execution effectively and timely delivery of communications materials to internal and external audiences, according to the company’s objectives and budget. Delivers insightful quarterly marketing reports based on analytical data, e.g. customer demographics, sales traffic, conversion, customer acquisition cost, etc. Maintains good public and press relations and Resolves any PR and marketing issues present urgently and effectively. Manages the special projects from the CEO Administers and maintains the records and contents procured or developed by the marketing and communications department.
