Oversee the condition and implementation of annual performance reviews. Manage for the reward management from the result of performance management and preparing reward plan. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office. To supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. To Lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different department. Manage schedules and deadlines for all administration duties. Monitor the office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
