Hitachi Soe Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd ( HISEM ) formed by merging Hitachi technological innovation and 23 years of electrical transformer manufacturing experience of SEM. Officially operated in Myanmar on 1st Oct 2015. We manufacture electrical power and distribution transformer, panel and related accessories. Moreover, we do installation, leasing, maintenance, repair & sales of electrical transformers to meet the customers’ satisfaction.We practice according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.We have branches in Mandalay & Naypyitaw.

Develop and oversee a recruitment process. Oversee all employee engagement for the office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process. Monitor compensation ensuring internal equity and compliance and benefits. Facilities job analysis and update job descriptions yearly. Manage monthly payroll and HR budget preparation. Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labor laws. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct for training needs analysis (TNA) from the requirements of Organization and Management team. Provide training needs analysis report (TNA Report) from TNA to Management Team Preparing for training module with functional department Head and training calendar. From the result and approval of TNA and TNA Report, arrange for Annual and Bi-annual training calendar and prepare for budgeting ahead for yearly. Oversee the condition and implementation of annual performance reviews. Manage for the reward management from the result of performance management and preparing reward plan. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office. To supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. To Lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different department. Manage schedules and deadlines for all administration duties. Monitor the office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) Monitoring the fleet management.

Lead recruitment effort, including job postings, candidates screening and interviews Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires. Keep all employee's personal files systematically and update information as necessary. Check probation and send the probation assessment form to the relevant department head. Under the direction of the HR Manager, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of related matters. Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data. Handle employee resignation and termination process. Assist to Manage for training and development programs. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
