Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and accurately Identify, document, and escalate urgent issues to the concerned department Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback Assist with test day operations and monitor exam sessions Prepare and set up exam rooms, materials, and systems before sessions Observe, record, and report any irregularities or incidents to the Test Center Manager
