All Intel-Bridge Education Jobs
Counseling students by giving details about subjects, university choices and career advice. Provide adequate and accurate information about schools, scholarship information and accommodation to students. Be updated with the information related to universities around the world, specifically about the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand. Organize a schedule appointment with students and parents where necessary. To provide professional and quality education consulting and career counseling services to clients via face-to-face, phone, Zoom and email. To provide consultation and up-to date information to applicants about programs, eligibility of overseas study, admissions requirements of our institution partners, living expenses, accommodation rental. To mainly promote our university partners and their programs. To support and participate in company's events such as education exhibitions, school visits, seminars. To handle enquiries from phone call-in, Facebook leads and walk-in To follow up potential students from database for application. To record the daily leads and inquiries accurately in the database. To maintain good relationship with customers. To be able to meet the sales target. To assist notary translation of students' academic document.
Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the school's programs, attract students, and increase enrollment. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the AIC & IBE Education Group in alignment with the company's goals and objectives Digital Marketing: Managing online marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, including search engine optimization, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising Lead the company's lead generation efforts across all channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing the school's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and communication strategies. Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive demand and sales for the company's products and services Market Research: Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape, threats, identify target demographics and assess trends in education marketing & market opportunities. Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events such as open houses, workshops, and recruitment fairs to showcase the school and attract new students. Manage the company's event marketing efforts, including the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars Partnerships and Outreach: Establishing partnerships with other educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to expand the school's reach and visibility. Coordinate recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions to engage with prospective students and their families. Public Relations: Managing media relations, press releases, and communication with journalists to generate positive publicity for the school. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and providing regular reports to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruitment efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve enrollment outcomes. Budget Management: Developing and managing the marketing budget for assigned projects, allocating resources effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing spending to achieve marketing goals.
