Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment. Keep track of inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, including coffee beans, syrups, and other ingredients. Upsell additional items, such as pastries or merchandise, to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff. Continuously strive to improve your coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods.
