Job Responsibilities Perform operating and maintaining of Domestic/Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant, Air compressor, Cooling Tower, and other Utilities Unit in compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Standard. Carry out plant performance monitoring, inspect water quality checking, data recording on a regular basis according to Local Zone water quality standard. Assist in the performance of regular maintenance schedule and repair on all plant equipment and machinery. Perform all plant operation independently and to lead operation team and daily report to supervisor. To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Descriptions To keep the factory running smoothly, perform maintenance on Automation(such as PLC software and hardware), Electrical, Instrument equipment Perform planned maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls on plant equipment and systems. Operate and maintain all facility and life-support equipment. Inputs into the planning cycle as requested by the Supervisor. Carries out isolations and plant preparation in accordance with company procedures. Take an active role in production up. Maintain tools, test equipment and workshop equipment to a high standard. Undertake professional and personal development to complement on job learning Investigation, inspections and collection of data / conditions for design/asset purposes Prepare cost estimates and specifications supporting designs, appropriate for procurement purposes Administration duties as associated with Operational Planning, asset, and project management Assist with creation of Electrical procedures for all plant.
