Effectively communicate and promote products and services to both existing and potential customers via email, digital platform and direct phone calls. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Prepare weekly and monthly corporate marketing plans. Participate in online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking activities Knowledge of social media platform, digital marketing tools, and basic analytics Handle customer service and counter control Sales representative experienced must prefer.
•Preparing documents and reports, collecting data {Office stationaries Purchase & Usage, Inventory Usage, Vehicle kilo & diesel usage, Generator diesel usage, Inverter and M&E Records of Electric Machines and expense reporting} •Order and manage office supplies, maintain equipment, and assist with general office tasks. •Provide assistance to managers and staff, coordinate events, and travel arrangements. •The ability to manage multiple tasks, filing, and handle documents effectively. •Professional written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external tasks related to departmental functions. •Experience with IT knowledge such as word processing, spreadsheets and other office technologies. •The capacity to handle diverse duties and adapt to changing workplace needs. •Ability to liaise with government offices (Labour Office, Tax, MOHS, YCDC) •Complete other duties assigned by Management occasionally.
