Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems. Manage the operation and maintenance of the transformer and generator. Utilize building management systems (BMS), Microsoft and AutoCAD (2D, 3D, Isometric). Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs. Take handover properties from the Project team, ensuring all systems and components, residence rooms, generators, lifts, electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary system, swimming pool, are properly transitioned and functional. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve safety hazards. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting costs for repairs and replacements. Implement and maintain sustainable building practices and energy management strategies.
