Position Summary: As a team member of Corporate HR Team, he/she need to administer routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Involved in negotiating deals, particularly for high-value transactions Negotiation skills are essential in real estate to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations and stay updated on legal requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance. Provide regular reports to higher management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics and contribute to strategic planning discussions based on data-driven insights.
