Plan and establishes a functional on-the-job training to security personnel to maintain the required standard. To review daily reports from guards and Security Supervisor. Responsibility to check inventory log and activities on a daily basis. Maintain regular inspections all residence areas/premises for security violations. Support and coordinate with departments as needed. Conduct regular meetings with all security personnel, prepare and forward minutes to the Human Resources Manager. Maintain regular counter check such as Kitchen, generator store rooms etc; for fire prevention measures. Randomly check all assigned guard posts to ensure they are performing to standard. Rotate with Security Supervisor to inspect floors and building and coordinate with the Engineering department if any damage is found. Ensure all staff are aware of the procedure to follow should there be a loss or damage to life. To report to the Property Head and advise management of any unusual irregularity in employee or guest behavior or theft, confess with management on unusual security measures or events. Work closely and enthusiastically with all departments to ensure good team and a smooth efficient operation. Prepare departmental attendance for Payroll systematically. Security personnel are trained in all assignment so that they may cover any post in time of emergency. Carry out any other duties as required to do so by management. Make to ensure the effective CCTV requires trained personnel to operate and monitor. Plan for the basic first-aid and through knowledge of emergency procedures and safety systems. Plan & establish security atmosphere, how to implement functions for the special guests – dignitaries, government officials, celebrities, VIP etc. Familiar with Acts & other legislation, Laws and knowledge of the criminal procedures. Plan and organized Hotel Security activities. Inspects and evaluate hotel security activities to ensure compliance with security policy & procedure.
The Chief Accountant has to take care of overall finance and accounting functions, preparation of financial reports, analyzes, forecasts and budgets, paying particular attention to the maintenance of high accounting standards, management information and controls consistent with the statutory requirements and the property needs. Prepares the following monthly reports: Profit and Loss Statement Balance Sheet with supporting schedules Trends of operations Posts details of business transactions in the General and Operating Ledgers Computes the following: Management Fee Owner’s Share Performs the reconciliation of the following: Bank statements Inter-company accounts Owner’s accounts Finishing monthly financial report (pegboard) to be distributed to internal, owners Ohters: Monthly analysis of accounts Status of barter agreements Schedules for profit budget Performs other duties as assigned
DUTY To check and overview all functions of Finance and Accounting department of all KMA property hotels, Resort, CBC ballroom and any related businesses and to ensure that all transactions are smooth running To summarized and verify from the respective reports of all KMA property Hotels, Resorts, CBC Ball Room and related units To define and implement all KMA hotels internal control policies and procedures, to ensure that the effectiveness control To review and certify any hotel internal or external financial reporting before distribution To check and review the preparation of all KMA property hotel’s yearly operating budget, quarterly budget to ensure that they are reasonable and reliable. Position Summary: Head of Quality Control & Inspection for QA/QC is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s quality assurance and quality control functions across KMA Real Estate Development projects, including subcontractors' works such as quality performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. This executive role ensures products, processes, and services meet regulatory standards, client specifications, and internal benchmarks of excellence. Head of Quality Control & Inspection will work closely with executive leadership to integrate QA/QC strategies into overall operational plans, driving quality, compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage QA/QC policies, procedures, inspection and testing protocols across the organization according to the Myanmar National Building Code’s Quality Standards. Develop and implement QA/QC strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and mentor cross-functional QA/QC teams across project sites. Collaborate with construction and project management teams to embed quality in all project phases. Review tender documents and quality-related submissions to ensure contract compliance. Monitor QA/QC KPIs, conduct audits, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Supervise inspections, third-party certifications, and snagging/de-snagging processes. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and serve as the liaison during audits. Identify and mitigate quality and operational risks across all projects. Participate in technical meetings and management reviews to report QA/QC performance and project closeouts. Participate in the inspection of mock-up buildings, etc., along with project managers and architects.
