LOLC Myanmar Micro-Finance Company Limited (LMMF) is a deposit taking micro finance institution established in 2013. The Company is committed to promote inclusive finance with the highest ethical standards and best practices. LMMF focuses on lending to the Micro Sector with social responsibility. It is a fully owned subsidiary of the LOLC Group in Sri Lanka, conducting overseas business in Cambodia, Pakistan, Indonesia and Myanmar through 33 branches in the Yangon & Bago Regions and Mon State.

LMMF provides Micro-Finance and Non-Financial Services to underprivileged people without access to Formal Financial Services assisting them to progress out of poverty by uplifting their lives economically and socially. Micro-Finance Services include Micro-Credit, Micro-Savings & Financial Literacy Training.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including branch facilities, security and safety, office maintenance and supporting to branches operations. Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times. Manage branch office contract renewal, taxation of stamp duty and office renovation, relocation. Monitoring and installation branches CCTV and electrical system. Manage inventory of office fixed assets and equipment. Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Occasionally traveling to branch visit if needed.
1. Job Objective Managing and responsible for branches in a selected area while achieving a quality loan portfolio growth, Savings portfolio & other assigned KPIs in an efficient manner. 2. Primary Responsibilities • Responsibility for business - Developing the Business plan / budget for the financial year & submit for Manager Branch network. - Monitoring the progress of the business plan/ budget & achievement through the branch network on daily, weekly & monthly basis. - Monitoring the Portfolio Growth of the branches assigned under you. - Monitoring & recovering NPLs & Write Offs for all lending products & take timely remedial action as per the process. - Identifying the business requirements & communicate with relevant Product Managers to conduct promotional campaigns. - Conducting field visit/verification/meetings with clients as part of approval and regular supervision processes. - Assure the day to day business operation is done smoothly & effectively. • Responsibility for area management - Effectively & efficiently managing the branches & resources under your purview. - Identifying new potential areas & communicate with Branch Network Manager. - Identifying the requirements of your clients in the area & provide solutions with the assistance. -Working closely with the Audit team to mitigate the risk & to take corrective actions. Working with Finance, Admin & IT to improve day to day operational process or to overcome operational issues under the supervision of Manager Branch Network. -Ensure clients’ satisfaction through service delivery and giving attention/solutions to their concerns / complaints. • Adhering & implementing the processes & guidelines - Maintaining self-discipline & all branch staff discipline as per the Code of conduct. - Implementing, enforcing & monitoring of all company policies, guidelines & processes in branches. - Any violation of processes, policies to be immediately informed to Audit through Manager Branch Network to avoid any financial or non-financial losses to the company. - Process improvements which will improve the service level to our clients & thereby to improve the business. - Monitoring & carrying out administrative controls on Finance staff and checking branch cash. - Oversees physical resources in the branch & inform any requirement to relevant department through superiors. - Responsible for the effective implementation and compliance at all levels of the internal control system. - Process improvements which will improve the service level to our clients & thereby to improve the business • Recruitment, training & development - Identifying the staff requirement with the assistance of BMs & coordinating with HR. - Identifying training requirements in Branch Network & provide solutions with the Training Manager. - If required providing on the job training for Branch managers & Loan Officers. - Motivating all staff under branch network & grievance handling. - Handling staff performance appraisal & promotions with the guidance of Manager Branch Network. -Maintaining a good relationship with Regional Head Business Development to develop the areas. • Using the Delegated Authority limit -Make sure assigned DA limits are used for the benefits of the company & to avoid any financial / non-financial losses to company. 3. Secondary Responsibilities -Builds and establishes professional relationship with local authorities, public and private entities and people that can help your office to improve its performances. - Represents the branches at meetings, events and other activities. - Be alert on competitor behaviour which can be threat to our business & report to immediate superiors.
