Job Description Supports operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing and implementing administrative system. Oversee administrative operations of business, day to day functions as well as supervising and supporting staff. Ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts. Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures relating to office administration and facilities function. Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to admin/office activities. Handling, arranging and controlling assets management and procurement for office stationery, accessories, office supplies and new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization and Stores to facilitate Operation. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities for vehicle, office machines such as air con, copier, printer and other office equipment. Supervise or implements security for all assigned facilities and information systems. Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs. Experience in Project Management and Engineering background will be appreciated. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Top Management.
Overseeing of M&E operations and expenditures. Daily inspections of units under maintenance and follow-up quick responses to M&E pending jobs. Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record. Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must. Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description Must have good leadership skills and communication skills. Must have critical thinking and Problem-solving skills. Implement adequate hygienic policies and operation manual and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the store. Supervise the food preparation and presentation process, ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standards and techniques, check the quantity/quality of displayed items and take necessary actions upon needed. Must be familiar with the company's operation manual.
