Organize and maintain personnel records. Update & manage the HR databases (e.g., Attendance, OT & Leave records) Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, notice letters, etc. Calculate monthly payroll . Process personal income tax, social security board, Employee contract submission etc. Prepare job descriptions, vacancy announcements. Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and manage offer process. Handle performance management procedures and employee evaluation Prepare weekly report Support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues Conduct other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management Team. Provide HR support to employees, handling requests such as issuing probation and promotion letters, resignation processing, onboarding, monthly birthday party and other employee services.
Supervise Chiller, Cooling Tower, split unit, AHU, FCU, refrigerator, freezer room, Ice machine, chill room, EF & SF, fuel system, gas system. Keep the stability and completeness of the Centre property in general and Engineering in specially. Responsible for repair and maintain of all Air-condition system, supply & ventilation system equipment and minor installations. To assist in all general works of the department as required. To ensure maintenance orders are finished on duties.
Oversee the full lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance Monitor application performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop technical solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure scalability and efficiency. Lead or participate in IT projects related to application deployment or enhancement. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing IT systems. Work on data migration, ETL processes, and interfacing with other software solutions. Provide second and third-level support for escalated application issues. Mentor and train junior analysts and end-users on application features and best practices. Ensure all applications comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in application environments. Maintain detailed documentation of systems, workflows, and processes. Prepare user manuals and training materials as necessary.
Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements. Integration: Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and applications. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality and quality. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes. Collaboration: Work closely with the functional team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Upgrades and Migrations: Manage Odoo version upgrades and database migrations. Training: Provide training to end-users and other stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. - Source, interview and hire capable skilled employees fit for their roles. - Supervise and train employees to deliver excellent guest experiences. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. - Implement promotional activities to drive revenue and upsell opportunities. - Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations. - Prepare reports on sales, employee status, and expenses for management review.
Support and assist merchandising for purchasing operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow with strong administrative skills and maintain department files and documentation. Generate and issue purchase orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare and process payment request documentation, working closely with the finance department to ensure all invoices and receipts are accurately submitted for payment and track the status of payments to ensure vendors are paid on time. Coordinate and schedule product training sessions for the sales and support teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge to sell and service our products. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding POs and payment status based on merchandising plans. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in pricing, quantity, or documentation. Assist in month-end closing activities by providing necessary reports and documentation. Then distributing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports as requested.
