Job Descriptions Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design delivery. Responsible for planning, organising and directing project activities, workflow, and other day-to-day activities to ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget and other performance targets. Day-to-day responsibility for developing design concepts based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation. Coordinates the team’s activities in preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications. Coordinates with outside consultants, engineering disciplines and Project Managers. Reviews and develops specifications. Implements established design schedule, ensuring milestone reviews. Assists in technical guidance and training to co-workers, including leading project teams and planning. Assist and support the design team in staffing, mentoring, etc. Establish strategy, goals and objectives for design projects
Review/discuss the designs with professional designers to produce the design more economically/safely and effectively. Coordinate the MEP design with Design Consultant and MEP main con for Commercial Building Manage/monitor MEP material quantity and MEP material QA and QC. Manage/monitor MEP system document control (inspection, T&C and handover) Attend MEP technical meetings as required and produce meeting minutes accordingly. Solving the site matter with other trades. Analyzing the completed work done % and confirmation to MEP-QS for the submitted payment claim by contractors Monitor project schedule and oversee performance to ensure for work completion in time with quality Monitor the start-up of MEP systems, testing & commissioning. Plan/coordinate MEP system handover for the maintenance schedule with Operation team and Specialist. Prepare/Compile the MEP As-Built Drawings/Warranty Documents/Manual/ Training Documents which are provided by Contractors for hand over to Operation Team for future operational purposes.

Executes styling and outfitting trends based on company direction from future floor sets and updates. Partner with visual merchandising, merchandising and marketing team during style review to present product to leadership. Works with the visual merchandiser during floor set to style all forms within the box based on color stories and key distortions. Be the in-store expert within the team ensuring awareness of key market trends and fostering strong relationship with retail operation team. Share your knowledge and excitement about fashion by creating promotional displays that show off our latest merchandise for in-store event. Support the marketing and visual merchandising strategy to set and deliver a consistent styling handwriting for all mannequins and in-store. Work with the visual merchandising and marketing team to ensure the key visual styling direction and principle reflect the key trends and support the brand’s vision. Work hand-in-hand with merchandising team to ensure the key trends and lines are featured, and the styling principles are set to ensure they are consistent across the whole customer journey Deliver clear styling direction and principle to the retail operation team to allow delivery of consistent guideline that are on time. Training and guide to retail operation team to educate the customers of seasonal and trendy styling direction and color palate.
