DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to work in proper uniform and in accordance with the grooming standard Follow all department rules and regulations Before leaving your work area, always check with our supervisor. Follow Hostess Opening & Closing Checklist thoroughly. Maintain guest flow charts to track number of guests to each station and in order to track volume per hour. Ensure that the front of the restaurant is always covered. Ensure that the front of the restaurant is spotless at all times. Check on every table to ensure that it is clean, spotless and fully setup and that all silverware and glassware is spotless before any guests are at the table. In addition, check to ensure that all chairs are free of crumbs and the carpet is spotless. Check on guests to get feedback on the quality of their meals, service, etc.. and share any problems that raise immediately----- inform Supervisor and Manager immediately, but try to take care of the problem at once. Schedule servers for breaks, etc. in conjunction with the supervisor and depending on business volume. Pitch in and help in service whenever the need arises. In order to be able to converse with customers, give helpful suggestions, etc.. Have an excellent knowledge about wines and different items on the menu I order to be able to help guests, answer questions, and give other suggestions. Be through in knowledge of the Companyl, services offered, operating hours of all F&B outlets, etc.. Check all employee for proper nametags, shoes, clean and proper uniforms appearance. Communicate all necessary information to incoming Hostess and supervisor and write down all messages in the Hostess Communication Log. Conduct all menu classes and taste panels in conjunction with the Supervisor/Manager and the Kitchen. Work with the Cashier and relieve Cashier on break. Perform any reasonable request made by Management which is not life-threatening or against the law. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests, content writing and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote fine dining offerings. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness. Create the compelling and high-quality content for various channels. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Manage digital marketing initiatives and social media advertising. Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Implement loyalty programs and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure alignment between marketing efforts, menu promotions, and content creation. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and customer preferences. Plan and execute events to drive footfall and create memorable dining experiences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful event execution. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Financial Performance Achieving overall sales target, setting individual and category sales goals with sales representatives. Monitor sales performances and implement strategic plans that optimise retail opportunities and revenue growth, manage sales budgets, overall sales vs targets. People Management Direct responsibility for the day to day management of sales representatives. Draw up duty rosters, produce job descriptions and set KPI for sales representatives. Uphold grooming standards, service language and manners of sales representatives and promoters. Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skills. Organize and conduct necessary training covering selling skills, product knowledge, technical, soft skills and customer service Standards and Procedures Establish standard operating procedures and implementation. Produce necessary sales reports. Complete sales administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Take pride in and uphold store standards by ensuring customers have a great shopping experience, store cleanliness and visual merchandizing is of high quality. Be in regular communication with other departments. Maintain confidentially of company and all customer information. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered, promotional activities, in-store advertisement and the competition. Manage loss prevention, exchange and returns. Manage customer complaints and ensure service recovery process is well executed.
Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations. Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales. Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer. Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints. Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transport. Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items. Cross selling and up selling products and introduce new ones while customers checking out. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies. Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift and make sure that any discrepancies are mentioned in the Daily Sales Report (DSR). Identify and address any POS related problem on an immediate basic. Make sure you are least number of void transitions and cash discrepancies. Proper maintain of cash, receipts, credit note and debit notes. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. Perform assigned duties as allocated shift.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve given sales target by monthly, quarterly and annually. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive, and potential for new product and services. Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services). Well, understanding of product knowledges, brand information and customers behavior. Educating, giving information and answer customers’ questions about specific products/services. Demonstrates and explains product, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs. Retrieves products from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations. Perform other duties as assigned and allocated shift.
Review/discuss the designs with professional designers to produce the design more economy/safety and effective. Preparing the project schedule and plan for construction work Coordinate the project activities between construction sites and designers through the project’s life cycle until the delivery of the project which must be implemented on time within budget. Actively interact with the owners to interpret the needs and requirements and represent them in the project site. Be responsible as a liaison between design team, project team and contractors. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Attend coordination meeting as required and produce the meeting minutes accordingly. Assist all other work-related tasks to Interior Design Manager when required. Sourcing and dealing with different suppliers to get the materials as per designer & owner requirements. Tracking of all procurement activities, deliveries and all related status to get the materials in time. Checking with Site team for material delivery and balance for supplied materials to Contractor Review Shipping Documents for custom clearance process and payment follow-up for tax exemption and logistics expense. Preparation/coordination of Drawing and Documents for Authority Submission (YCDC, HPBC and Fire Department) Site inspection and issue defect list to Contractors Project Documentation for all aspects Preparation for Project Closing Files (As-Built Drawing, Material Specification, Design Documents, Contracts, Handover Documents
Responsible for full set of accounts to produce informative reports on timely basis. Verify the payment documents to align with the Payment Request policy including payments and advance payments. Ensure that the processed data are accurately entered into the system. Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations, and depreciation journals. Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries. Generate the AP and AR aging report. To assist in all general works of the department as required. Co-ordinates all related Engineering staff and any department to ensure all works are finished on time.
