Collaboration: - Work closely with other departments to create video content that meets their needs and objectives. - Provide guidance and support to staff involved in video production activities. 7. Assist in planning and organizing HIS and EMR issues Assist in setting up accounts for new users/doctors. Undertake other IT related tasks as required by IT Manager. Supervise IT team Conduct HIS / EMR training to hospital doctors/users and other clinic users. Provide technical support (this may be in person or over the phone) Monitor and maintain Hospital Information System and Lab Information System. Able to respond in a timely manner for HIS/EMR issues. Ensure hospital/patients related information are secure and backup properly. Provide services and support to meet the departmental KPI. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Report to IT Manager.
