Warehouse Operations Management Oversee daily operations at the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of goods. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory management and proper storage conditions. Stock Transportation Coordination Plan and manage the transportation of goods, coordinating with respective truck drivers and transportation companies. Ensure goods are loaded and transported in good condition, minimizing risk of damage or wastage. Quality Control and Assurance Monitor the condition of goods during transportation and upon arrival, ensuring they meet quality standards. Conduct weight measurements and inspections to verify the accuracy and integrity of goods. Leakage and Waste Management Identify and manage any incidents of leakage from drums or other containers. Implement preventive measures to minimize leakage and product loss during storage and transport. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and transported, including weight, condition, and any incidents. Prepare regular reports on transportation efficiency, stock levels, and quality control measures. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all logistics operations. Conduct regular training for warehouse and transportation staff on best practices for handling and transporting goods. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce costs. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Agent Receivables Management Oversee and manage the agent receivables process, ensuring timely collection of payments. Regularly communicate with agents to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Track and update receivables, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Bank Transaction Monitoring Monitor daily bank transactions related to receivables. Ensure proper recording and documentation of all financial transactions. Coordinate with banks to resolve any issues related to payments. Agent Communication and Support Maintain daily communication with agents regarding payments, commissions, and account status. Calculate and verify commission payouts to agents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide support to agents on financial queries and issues. Daily Stock Check Conduct daily checks of stock levels to ensure accuracy in inventory records. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to reconcile any discrepancies. Transportation Charges and Payments Record daily transportation charges related to logistics and distribution. Prepare weekly payment schedules for transportation services, ensuring timely disbursement. Financial Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular financial reports on receivables, agent payments, and other related metrics. Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Compliance and Best Practices Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain best practices in financial management and reporting.
Stock Communication: Communicate daily with relevant authorities to monitor and report on stock levels. Ensure accurate and timely updates on stock levels to all stakeholders. Stock Management: Oversee the daily withdrawal of stock from the main warehouse. Perform in/out stock checking at the warehouse to ensure accuracy. Shortage Management: Manage the claim process for any stock shortages. Record and report shortages of goods when received from the main warehouse to the respective teams. Coordinate with teams to address and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, withdrawals, and shortages. Use computerized systems to track and manage stock data effectively. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock levels, shortages, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve stock management processes. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all stock management activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of stock data.

Implement and enforce safety and security procedures within the warehouses Stock Routing: Plan and execute the movement of stock from warehouse to various city locations. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to multiple destinations. Develop and maintain effective routing schedules and systems. Transportation Management: Manage the back-and-forth transportation of empty drums, ensuring they are returned promptly for reuse. Coordinate with transportation providers to secure the best rates and services. Monitor transportation costs and seek opportunities for cost savings. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on logistics and warehouse performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
