Ensures quality assurance [QA] and quality control [QC] on operation. Ensures product quality related problems are identified and resolved. Evaluates the operation system, establishes product quality assurance procedures and conducts inspections for product quality assurance. Monitor the conformance of storage conditions of storage areas including cold storage rooms. Relation with supplier/principle for product quality related case, External Auditors in order to appoint for product quality related audits, Outsourced Quality Trainer for product quality improvement project.
To follow the Departmental SOP, Directive, Work Instruction, office procedures To fulfill the needs of Departmental Objectives and perform as per Action Plan Goods shall be delivered to customers, transporters, agents in time Total collection amount must be 100% tally To maintain good relationship with customers To perform the specific task / duty assignment as per requirement Cash and cheque accumulation Van-sales & Loan-sales collection (V&LC) To report daily delivery, collection status in Daily Invoice Summary, rejection status in Rejection Register To report specific information related to daily job (case by case)
Formulate and outline a comprehensive marketing plan for the year and aligned with the strategic business plan provided by Management to support the achievement of sales targets. Analyze healthcare professionals' (HCPs) prescription behavior, market trends, and other pertinent factors to identify business opportunities and define the essential tasks for brand growth. Attain assigned category top-line targets and manage Advertising and Promotion (A&P) expenses judiciously to meet business objectives. Travel to key markets and cities for product promotion activities, closely monitoring and tracking product promotion and development efforts. Build strong relationship with Key HCP KOLs & establish a prominent brand presence within the society. Assist in the identification of future New Product Developments (NPDs) and devise a roadmap with a comprehensive understanding of the market situation. Develop a marketing mix by incorporating consumer insights gathered through research and sales data. Conduct a post-launch analysis of newly introduced products and provide recommendations to management for actionable plans.
Achieve Sales Targets, Resolve Customer Complaints, and Monitored sales volume growth To assign and manage promoter’s day to day work, weekly coverage and ontime route plan. Recruit & select sales staff, train & coach staff, manage team performance. To handle the day to day problems, the promotions which are faced in the field, if necessary, report to the Area Sales Manager. To prepare the target of each item for each relative sales officers. Need to check the stock balance list and if required to divide the sales quota. Check and sign on the order form submitted by the relative promoter & to make sure the order is correct. To have weekly/ monthly sales review meetings with prospective sales promoters.
To collect orders on call from a relative field. To explain about new product schemes or changes to customers, enhance on cash selling. To extend territory wise on relative areas (find out the new customer and introduce product) and prepare the new customer list. Prepare a complaint form for damaged goods and immediately report to the A/S Manager. Prepare a total slae list for individual customers. Prepare the estimated sale forecast for the next trip two days ahead, for taking advance cash, packing the store issued goods and promotion materials for up country sales. Report day to day activities and situations to the respective supervisor and follow upon supervisor's instructions.
Accessing clients' physical health and mental health including previous medical conditions and current condition. Conduct initial consultation with patients before they meet their doctors. Coach clients to get a healthy life. Identify each client's needs to obtain his/her optimum health and help them to reach it. Create a list of do and don't for each client according to their condition. Encourage clients to be more physically and mentally active. Provide regular health education to patients. Be a good and patient listener. Value patients' religion and cultural norms. Must be alert with the latest health practices and trends to keep clients updated. Liaise with other health care providers.

Interact with the various relevant teams regarding the events that are being organized under the Brand and keep them updated with the branding plans. Jointly develop trade marketing and sales plans. Identify and interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding, promotion/advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage.

Prepare, distribute and maintain internal and external documents, including reports, memos, and letters. Communicate effectively with other departments and external stakeholders. Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the office calendar. Protect and advance the organization’s business interests in all matters involving politicians, policymakers, regulators, and government departments and agencies. Establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities (for example federal, state, provincial, city or local) to facilitate communication and help advance the organization‘s business interests. Represent the organization’s position on legislation and government policy to government representatives, committees, and other regulatory agencies so that the organization’s interests are advanced, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of government relations professionals to ensure that the organization’s all dealings with government agencies are conducted ethically, legally, and accordingly to the organization’s policies and standards.
