To ensure that the pricing and scheme are done timely, accurately as per the approvals To prepare Tender price if principal request to issue To check standard format Mega trade scheme that prepared by sales team with trade letter of prinicpal or marketing team Circulate scheme & price by using digidocs for taking sign from concerned division and business head To announce and deliver complete scheme and price list to all team members (internal) and principal head (external) To coordinate related team as per job requirment Record and filing for all documents as per SOP Must be clear understanding all trade scheme that received from principal and business head Assist to Account Manager as per request. Can work overtime if require as per job nature. Able to work under pressure.
Assisting GPM in creating Formulating and outline a comprehensive marketing plan for the year and aligned with the strategic business plan Analyze consumer and customer behavior, market trends, and other pertinent factors to identify business opportunities and define the essential tasks for brand growth Create marketing strategy to build plans for Business and Marketing objectives for assigned brands Travel to markets/key cities for product promotion activities and track the product promotion and development Obtain consumer insights to drive brand proposition and positioning. Interact with the various relevant teams regarding the events that are being organized under the Brand and keep them updated with the branding plans. Jointly develop trade marketing and sales plans. Identify and interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding, promotion/advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage.

Planning & abiding daily/monthly call plan for covering a given set of customers. Responsible for building good customer relationships & generating prescriptions. Ensuring frequency of visits to the given set of customers expectations. Achieving the business objectives for the financial year. Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors. Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly call visits, feedback, requirements & follow up as required. Complete job related duties and tasks as assigned by the organization if required. To generate more brand prescription rates in assigned and responsible areas. Responsible for achieving individual KPI.
Apply the import license when the time receiving shipment date confirmation letter To be finished license approval with two week after applied. Provide the following original document to custom clearance agent in order to make custom Clearance. Pro-forma Invoice, Packing List, Bill Of Loading(Myanmar Port Authority), Delivery of Order (D/O), Remittance(if not ready yet, issued with R.D10%)Debit note,DAC Approval. By air, the custom clearance should finish within 2 days and by sea should be within 4 days from Prot to in-house.
