Must have a strong understanding of Construction Project Planning & Operation Must be capable of managing projects effectively to ensure completion according to the project schedule Must be able to manage and supervise relevant labor subcontractors efficiently Must have good teamwork and problem-solving skills Preference will be given to candidates with experience in building construction projects Supervise and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and engineering standards Review and approve engineering and construction drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure proper integration of all systems and design intent Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Identify and resolve technical and construction issues in collaboration with project teams and contractors Ensure all works adhere to project schedules and applicable codes and regulations Lead construction meetings to review progress, technical issues, and coordination requirements Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
-Architectural bulding thinking, concept and creation. -Able to handle space management, colour management and necessary consideratons. -Able to do SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop. -Review and analyse the architectural plans and design -Work with clients, consultants and the site team. -To do regular site visite to check on progress and slove problems that arise during construction.
