Sales of spare parts and opening of invoices must be supervised. The daily inflow and outflow of spare parts must be checked and a list made to order. Spares needed by technicians must be ordered in a timely manner. When the spare parts arrive, they must be properly supervised, carefully counted with a list, and then a maintenance and storage list must be prepared. Spare Parts GRNs must be accurately recorded and arrival lists must be notified to relevant departments. Reporting the monthly usage list and reporting the FOC spares. Must be able to share knowledge related to spare parts to employees. Perform monthly audits and report to finance and internal auditors must be presented. Reasonably re-explain customer queries and concerns to provide the best possible service.
