Prepare detailed cost estimates for all structure type especially steel structure projects, including materials and other related expenses. Produce price tenders/quotations (external/internal) that are accurate, detailed and market competitive which are completed within the timeframe. Review and analyze project drawings (especially for Chinese and Thai) specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate cost estimations. Prepare and issue tender documents, bills of quantities, and other procurement documentation. Monitor project progress and prepare regular cost reports. Responsible to provide demand calculation in details to project management. Assess supplier invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Preparation of tender documents including development of commercial structure Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the project.. Issuance of tenders, accepting tender submissions, facilitating tender clarifications.
- By using the Tekla Structure Software, Responsible to produce the shop drawings as per schedule and prepare all the drawings to get clear picture for the users. - Review the project specifications and design documents to create accurate and comprehensive shop drawings. - Coordinate with the fabrication team to provide clear instructions and support for the production of steel components. - Maintain organized records of all shop drawings, revisions, and related documentation. - Make all the things right such as modeling, setting the numbers, labeling, adding dimensions and produce a complete and clear drawing for the fitter. - Prepare and modify shop drawings including erection, assembly, and part drawings for the purposes of fabrication utilizing Tekla Structure ( BIM ) software.
Responsible for necessary arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision of specific management work for operation as per factory manager’s instruction. Collaborate with other departments to provide language support and ensure translations meet company standards and requirements. Responsible for the classification and submission of various documentation process. Organizing the meeting and recording the meeting minutes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Making daily report, weekly report and monthly report related with manufacturing operation. Ensure to keep project track up to date; regularly review and report project progress to factory manager. Perform additional assignment as required by factory manager.
