This role involves gathering requirements, thorough testing, and ensuring systems meet accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Support: • Coordinate with development partners. • Document requirements, emphasizing accounting and business processes. • Assist in managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Conduct system testing and validation. • Track project progress and resolve issues. Accounting Treatment & Business Process: • Collaborate with finance teams to document accounting-related requirements. • Ensure system developments align with accounting principles. • Support testing to confirm accurate accounting implementation. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain system documentation and testing protocols. • Prepare reports on project status and system performance.
Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. Ensure IT assets (laptops, mobile devices, printers) are properly maintained and documented. Support end-users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and collaboration tools. Escalate complex issues to IT Executive or vendors when necessary. Assist in IT audits, inventory management, and security compliance. Maintain incident and request logs to ensure timely resolution.
